Problem

Uni Baby needs more retention in order to increase the loyalty. Website analytics data shows us low Returning Customer

Hypothesis

We worked on analytics data and post some surveys in order to make our hypothesis. Our claim was; brand needs an organic WOM effect in order to create loyalty

Solution

We have launched Uni Baby Mother’s Club campaign called #SözAnnelerde.

In 6 month period; we create a geniune loyalty club whom always talking among Uni Baby and influence their friend to visit our website. For every month we have tracked traffic for the cohorts of special UTM codes given to mothers and influence them to share more..

Result

  • Retention KPI, “Returning Customer” was increased by %17
  • Social media “Engagement Rate” increased by %100
